occasionally asked questions about what kind of church we are.
Worship is
very important to us. We love coming into God's presence through song
and have a deep desire for our worship to spill over into every area of
our lives as we learn together to worship Jesus in spirit and truth.
High among
our priorities are the Scriptures. We see the Bible as the source of
learning and authority for our lives. We want to both know and do what
it says. We also have a high value on reaching out beyond ourselves to those who don't know
Jesus, to our neighbors and friends, to the poor and homeless. And we
have a desire to know Jesus and do His work today as we pray for the
sick, the heartbroken, and those in spiritual darkness. Please visit us, and I hope to
meet you when you do. Be sure to say "hello" and introduce yourself to
me when you come.

At
Redeemer Church we value kids not only as the church of tomorrow, but as
part of the family of God today. Our desire is to see our children
actively involved in worship, Bible Study, ministry (outreach), and
building Christian relationships. In other words, doing the stuff
that all Christians are called to do. Just because they are young,
that gives us no right to look down on them as second class Christians
(1 Timothy 4:12).
